Terms of Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the security of your credentials.

You agree to use the services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of them.

Fees are as set out in your order or quotation. Implementation and integration charges are billed per the agreed schedule.

These terms apply for the duration of your subscription. Either party may terminate as set out in your agreement.

The services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Except as expressly stated, they are provided “as is”.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited as set out in your agreement.

You agree to indemnify M& against claims arising from your misuse of the services or breach of these terms.

M& and its licensors retain all rights in the platform and related materials. You retain rights in your data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Disputes are resolved by arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
